In 1992 Jamie started Visual Perfection out in his Grandpa's garage on East Parker Rd, Morganton NC. Jamie's Grandpa was a car salesman and started taking cars from the dealership and friends to wash and clean. Jamie attributes his skill and knowledge to a lot of failures in the beginning. Eventually, Jamie got pretty good and soon was on his way to building a name for himself.

Jamie moved from East Parker Rd to East Meeting St into a shop of his own where he moved from just cars to big trucks, vans, you name it. Jamie's brand and name recognition throughout the community continued to grow, along with his business.

At Jamie's current location it started out as a two bay building. Jamie built another building and then another building to where he's currently at. Jamie, over the years, has emerged not only as the best local car detailer but one of the top in the country.
